Privacy Policy

moteai ("Operator") establishes this Privacy Policy for information handled in Moteripu AI ("Service").

Article 1 (Information Collected)
The Operator may collect:
1. Identifiers, name, email address, and profile image supplied by Google or another authentication provider;
2. User profile, preferred partner gender, and other settings;
3. Partner information, conversations, reply objectives, and other information entered by Users;
4. AI analysis results, generated reply suggestions, and selection or interaction data in the Service;
5. Usage time, usage counts, IP address, device, browser, cookies, and similar usage information;
6. Inquiry and feedback content; and
7. Contract and payment information if paid services are offered. Payment providers may retain card details without the Operator holding them directly.

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)
Information is used to:
1. Provide the Service, authenticate Users, and manage accounts;
2. Organize conversations and provide AI-generated reply suggestions;
3. Monitor usage, improve features and quality, and resolve defects;
4. Respond to inquiries and send important notices;
5. Prevent misuse, maintain security, and enforce the Terms;
6. Manage contracts, billing, and payments if paid services are offered; and
7. Comply with legal obligations.

Article 3 (Service Providers)
The Operator may engage providers for authentication, AI processing, cloud infrastructure, data storage, analytics, support, and payments. Information is handled by these providers only as necessary to provide the Service, subject to appropriate oversight.

Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties except:
1. With the individual's consent;
2. As required by law;
3. When necessary to protect life, physical safety, or property and consent is difficult to obtain; or
4. In outsourcing, business succession, or other cases not legally treated as third-party disclosure.

Article 5 (Information Management)
The Operator takes necessary and appropriate measures to protect information against unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and damage. Information is used only as necessary to provide and operate the Service and is appropriately deleted or otherwise handled when no longer needed, in accordance with applicable law.

Article 6 (Access, Correction, and Deletion)
Users may request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion of their retained personal data as provided by law. Accounts and Service data may also be deleted through available settings.

Article 7 (Cookies and Analytics)
The Service may use cookies, similar technologies, and analytics services to maintain login state, improve convenience, understand usage, and improve the Service.

The Operator may amend this Policy in response to legal or Service changes. Material changes will be notified through the Service.
